T@book is a regional finalist in Global Startup Awards 2023, the world's largest startup competition

T@book, the EdTech company that aims to increase literacy through fostering a culture of reading, is a finalist of the Global Startup Awards, the world's largest startup competition as “Best Newcomer 2023”.
Based in Cluj-Napoca, T@book has emerged as an innovator in the EdTech sector, developing a unique platform where literature meets technology. Our goal is to build the largest library in the world and shape reading as a habit, spotlighting book recommendations to nurture a learning community among our users.
The GSA highlights the best of the best startups and annually selects winners in a diverse range of categories from newcomers (this is us!), individuals, VC's, coworking spaces, accelerator and incubator programs from all over the world. The winners will receive global recognition, connections, access to investors, access to new markets and investment opportunities. This is what we aspire to and with your help we can reach it!
T@book provides a tailored reading experience. We help you track your reads, suggest books, and connect you with other people who have similar taste. Soon, we'll add a book marketplace. Our unique features include AI-assisted Owl Avatars, and Book Whisper for personalized guidance. We're also working on a tool to help high school students easily and freely access their required curriculum through our app. For businesses, we offer T@book Mystery Box, a monthly service that delivers book packages matched to employees' reading preferences and company objectives. Additionally, T@book Academy offers the best enterprise narratology workshops taught by best-selling Romanian author Igor Bergler.
